The Patriots are expected to get a boost Sunday night for their game against the Texans as star tight end Rob Gronkowski will be active, according to ESPN.
Gronkowski suffered a knee injury in New England’s loss to Denver and missed last week’s loss to Philadelphia.
ESPN reported that how much Gronkowski will play is uncertain, but he will dress. Scott Chandler, Gronkowski’s backup who scored a touchdown last week and also has a knee problem, is likely to be active.
