There’s a bumpy road ahead for a “Spongebob Squarepants” star.

Rodger Bumpass, who voices Squidward on the hit animated series, was arrested Friday night for an alleged DUI, TMZ reports.

The 64-year-old actor was busted in Burbank, Calif., after police came upon him leaning against his car, which was stopped in the middle of the street.

Bumpass confessed that he had been driving just before cops spotted him. After he was issued and failed a sobriety test, Bumpass was arrested for driving under the influence.

The gossip site reports that the actor’s “blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.”

Bumpass was held on $ 15,000 bail and spent the night in jail, according to People, and was released the following morning after posting bail.
