A police source said this is the crying 8-year-old who watched her dad shoot her home on Christmas morning.
A manhunt is on in the Bronx for an angry husband who shot and wounded his spouse in front of their two kids on Christmas morning, police said.
The holiday incident took place at about 9:54 a.m. Friday inside the home at 967 E. 220th St. A police source said the woman, Yadira Saavedra Perea, had asked for a divorce Thursday night from her husband and assailant Rafael Herrera.
A family member identified the shooter as Rafael Herrera and his wife — and alleged victim — as Yadira Saavedra Perea.
The 27-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to her arm, and a graze wound to her neck, police said. She was taken to Jacobi Hospital. A police source said the couple’s two kids — an 8-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy — and two other children witnessed the shooting.

Herrera, 37, fled immediately, and is being sought.
